He is the softest spoken, cool minded, and an able head of an institution for many of his employees. He handles every problem with that- grace under pressure; flexibility above fire; and has ability to shift gear from an administrator to a counselor to a negotiator and skills to balance any analysis with emotional intelligence/quotient along with heroic multitasking capabilities. Prof. Zabihullah Ziarmal, has been a private investor for the last five years and a professional member and senior advisor of Chamber of Commerce, Kabul, Afganistan.He is the co-founder of many organizations. Prior to starting his own investment business, he was the Managing Director of CEEFEE AS, a privately held investment company for 5 years. Prof. Zabihullah Ziarmal holds a Masters degree, Public Policy and Administration from the Washington State University and Kabul University. He is currently pursuing his doctorate from Washington State University, USA. Currently he is the President of CEFE_ESDC Training and Consulting Firm-Kabul Afghanistan and Chanceller of Ajeer Institute of Higher Education.
